South America’s largest floating solar farm is now paired with hydropower

South America’s largest floating solar farm has come online and is now linked with hydropower to increase energy efficiency and output. The 1.5 MW solar site is located at the 340 MW Urrá hydropower plant in the Sinú River basin in Córdoba, Colombia, and was developed by California-based Noria Energy.
